Valerie Graham

Valerie is an associate with Fulcrum, where she engages in federal, state and local advocacy. She is from Silver Spring, MD, and holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the University of Maryland, College Park.

She served as executive director of the Maryland Legislative Women’s Caucus from 2022 to 2023 and as campaign manager or field director for numerous local races in Maryland, including for current Montgomery County Council President Kate Stewart and Del. Lesley Lopez. Valerie previously interned for former Maryland House Majority Leader Eric Luedtke and Del. Vaughn Stewart.
