Miya Patel

Miya brings a unique blend of experience in government, the private sector, and as a public interest lawyer to Fulcrum. She joined the firm after serving as judiciary counsel to Rep. Joe Neguse (D-CO), who served in House Leadership as chair of the House Democratic Policy and Communications Committee and as vice chair of the Judiciary Committee’s Antitrust, Commercial and Administrative Law Subcommittee.

Miya previously worked as counsel to Rep. John Delaney (D-MD), staffing the Congressman on the Financial Services Committee, and as a legal fellow on the House Financial Services Committee. She has also worked on presidential campaigns, most recently as a regional director for the Biden campaign in Florida. Earlier in her career, she was a senior analyst at Goldman Sachs and an immigration lawyer.
