Fulcrum Announces the Promotion of Paola De Orbeta to Senior Associate

January 2, 2025 – Washington D.C. – Fulcrum proudly announces the promotion of Paola De Orbeta to Senior Associate. Paola joined Fulcrum in 2023 after working as a government affairs associate in the tech industry, focusing on workforce development and closing the digital divide. Her prior experience includes working as a legal assistant at State Farm’s Litigation Counsel Office and completing internships with the D.C. Attorney General’s Office, Capitol Hill Consulting Group, and the Office of Puerto Rico’s former Resident Commissioner Jenniffer González-Colón, who is now Governor of Puerto Rico.
