The Hill Names Oscar Ramirez & Dana Thompson Top Lobbyists for 2023

The Hill named Fulcrum co-founders Oscar Ramirez and Dana Thompson to its 2023 Top Lobbyists list — the fifth consecutive year the pair has been recognized together — amid a year marked by major legislative activity including the Inflation Reduction Act, the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, and the CHIPS and Science Act.
